Is He Trying To Tell Me Something?

I’m laughing as I post this. My husband just sent me the chart below.
Do you think he is trying to tell me something?
You can purchase the chart for $4.00.

SO FUNNY! I may or may not have experience with the author’s description (extreme depression/ uncontrollable anger/hopelessness), and I agree knowing it is just PMS does help to reassure you aren’t going crazy! love it!

I’m on a new medicine that will hopefully be giving me shorter, lighter periods along with helping other things, since my period seems to be connected to other things. Hormone therapy, that’s what the doctor calls it…=)
Hmm…that chart may come in handy. Although being on the pill helps me keep track of where I’m at in the month. But I have those weird “only during that time of the month” issues too, such as : Not being able to make a decision (THUS, not a good idea to shop during those days. I can stand in an aisle at the store and just stare at the display helplessly…no joke!) Also, easily ticked off for no good reason, OR cry about something unnecessary. Toss up each month as to which its going to be. I think if I used the chart, I’d like to add some symbols. One for “indecision”, one for “irrational anger”, and “irrational crying”. Tracking that might help me be more prepared.
