Roasting Marshmellows in the Microwave…..
Categories: (General) by Lisa Ruggles on 12-08-2008
One of my dear children. I’m not going to mention who, in order to save possible embarrassment, decided to roast a marshmallow in the microwave for two minutes. It was stuffed with chocolate. She was expecting to pull out a yummy, chocolate filled marshmallow and the is what she got.

I couldn’t even begin to be upset with her. The tears in her eyes said it all. This was definitely an accident! Besides she was just acting like her Dad, trying to make a good thing better!
The culprit would like you to guess….
Was it Chloe, the oldest?

Or Emily, the youngest?

What angelic pictures! I have my guess…lol
Your girls are very cute. This reminds me of the time my oldest son decided he was going to make donuts for me, I think he was 5. I was sleeping and he woke me saying he was making me donuts…he had put oil in a pan with a couple of biscuits and turned the gas stove on. So I told him, ” Oh wow, donuts! Let’s go see how they are doing. Ok?” When we arrived in the kitchen the pan was on fire….It was a pretty scary experience, but we got the fire out and my son promised to never make donuts without mommy’s help again. We laugh about it now. I am glad he came and told me what he was doing…at the time I was a single mom and we were live in a tiny trailer in a mobile home park with lots of propane tanks. God had several of his guardian angels watching over us.

You’ve gotta give her credit for trying! This reminds me of the time my little sister thought 8 minutes in the microwave on high was all it took to pop microwave popcorn! The house was full of black smoke and the bag of popcorn was an orange glowing ball of fire. The house smelled for days and it took a very long time to finally rid the white microwave of the charred remains of what would have been a bag of yummy, buttery popcorn!
I vote for Chloe
I vote for Emily…..
Definitely Chloe because she likes her chocolate and marshmallows!!
I say Chloe!
I remember when I was little we would melt marshmellows and eat them like that because we couldn’t build a camp fire. LOL… but I almost caught the house on fire once with a plastic jacket and a candle. ANYWAYS, I vote for chloe… only because of the crying.. i think that gives it away. Bless her heart
