Thank you for you interest in my research.  I’m currently in my 2nd year at The University of Buckingham.  My research is focused on understanding why adolescent girls stop taking part in physical activity.  Currently, I’m exploring how menstruation affects physical activity.

My Education

I started an undergraduate degree in psychology during lockdown in 2020.

I’ve always been interested in human behaviour; however, the catalyst to pursuing my studies was listening to women from my 261 Fearless Club telling me how they were put off physical activity at school.  I wanted to understand why and what could be done to support girls to stay active.
